In celebration of Stephen Curry winning the 2016 NBA MVP award, resulting in the second straight year he has won the highly-respected achievement, Under Armour unveiled a special Back To Back pack that essentially payed tribute to the best player in the league.
Consisting of the Curry One MVP and a brand new Curry Two MVP colorway, the set commemorates the signature footwear that Stephen wore in each of his MVP seasons respectively — 2014-15 & 2015-16.
Unlike the first model rendered in white/black with gold accents, the second rendition flaunts a bold two-tone palette comprised of black and gold. Each silhouette is further detailed with notable branding on the quarter panels, in addition to reflecting the theme across the tongue, upper and throughout its entirety. After releasing once in June they are set to release once again on August 10th according to sneakernews.com. They are set to release at a retail price of $400 USD at select Under Armour retailers in limited quantities. Stay tuned and follow us on Instagram @getlacedco for further news and updates.
